 THE MEMORIAL VIGIL

Here at the American Civic Association, we carry a proud tradition called the Memorial Vigil—honoring the 13 lives of the braves souls that were taken from us—that is held annually April 3rd at the American Civic Association building located at 131 Front St. Binghamton, NY 13905.  

 

The Vigil is held in memory of:
